A work by Fukuoka-based sculptor Yuto Yamasaki.

The piece is inspired by the Sembar tree featured in the Indian picture book The Night Life of Trees. The organic movement of its branches and its slightly mysterious presence give the work a distinctive character.

Though it depicts an imaginary plant, the piece unmistakably carries Yamasaki’s unique artistic presence.
